The Pilates Studio opened its doors in January 2011, is the first studio in the world to offer Pilates and a simulated altitude training room under one roof. Namrata completed all the stott pilates courses By age 19 years and also attended special workshops in London, Canada.

KNOW MOREA lot of the times I forget that Namrata is my trainer as she makes workouts an experience that I would enjoy with a friend.
Since I started Pilates at " The Pilates Studio" I have witnessed a tremendous change in my body. Pilates has helped me improve my flexibility, endurance, and most importantly my core strength.
If anyone can make me shrug off my inherent laziness it’s Samir. I find Pilates both strengthening and calming and rarely miss a class.
I wish I had started working with Samir at The Pilates Studio while I was still competing on tour. He Would have probably extended my career by a couple years at least.
Pilates with Namrata and Sam uncle has literally changed my life and how I see my body. Which in turn has completely changed my mindset too, for the better. It’s a liberating feeling to feel so connected and confident in your body.
I joined the pilates studio by namrata purohit and samir purohit for ems. in a short time i have experienced that my stamina ,agility and strength has tremendously increased.
It’s been 5 years since I first started doing Pilates and it’s been the start of a love affair with fitness. Working out with Samir and Namrata as my trainers helped me recognise my body and focus on all my weak spots to strengthen them.
Over time I have realised that for me, being fit is far more important than simple weight loss or muscle gain and that my mind must stay as focused and fit as well.
I have been doing Pilates for about 5 years now. When I moved to Mumbai and was looking for a Pilates instructor I kept hearing just one name. After meeting Namrata I quickly realized why everyone was raving about her.
Joining the Pilates studio was one of the best things I've done! To workout with Namrata is so much of fun because she makes me do different things every session and the way my body has transformed is just Magical!!
